RedditMy hair transplant experience turkey My hair transplant experience turkey (research and travel). Dr. Yaman hair clinic , turkey. 3740 graphs.Very happy! I wanted to share my overall experience of what I personally went through after deciding to go to turkey for a hair transplant! After deciding I wanted to go to turkey for my HT I didn’t know how to go about it. I want to thank this app and everyone that contributed with their comments and experience. Another contribution was the hair restoration network forum where I researched more and comments off doctors in turkey throughout six months. Although both forums were a bit frustrating due to people giving their opinions vs facts or will give a comment without pictures to validate they actually went. I was able to make a good decision. I first chose to go to “now hair time” in Istanbul due to high social media content. Without much research into them I thought they would be good. After locking in a date with them and purchased my plane ticket to fly from the US (America) I later started to get nervous if I chose the right place. After more research and reading the forums I chose not to go with them 2 weeks before I was supposed to go! I didn’t go with them bc 1. They’re a “hair mill” and probably take up to 10 people a day 2. They do not have a doctor listed on their website (so who’s the doctor?) 3. Although people on the forums said “they went” and had good results , they didn’t share a picture. That led me to believe it was fake! 4. They over harvest the back of your head. I nervously started to request an appointment through dr. Yaman , HLC , and smile hair. Those where the 3 of 7 top recommended places to go in turkey that I was able to summarize through all my readings. After two days and only a week and a half until my scheduled visit only two responded to me. Smile hair clinic and DR Yaman. I decided to go with Dr Yaman!!! Dr Yaman clinic actually has a doctor with staff but a well respected one in his field. I felt way more secure knowing that and that it was an actual clinic not hair mill. He only performs up to 3 patients a day! And the day I did mine 22 OCT 2022 , I was his ONLY patient! I will say this is the most important to me. I felt that if I would have went to a hair mill the explanation , time , and ease would have not been provided. Dr Yaman and team took their time explaining everything , gave me a minute when I needed (injections in my head :( and felt like there was no rush to push me through with the procedure or bs me for money. He also was able to show me through a microscope of my dead scalp and roots in my crown area. Although I was thinning in my crown , I thought I only needed hair done in my front. He also spread graphs to not only front but middle and crown! And gave me a FULL look! Very happy to have seen that! I had no idea my shit was dying. After the procedure and follow up washings I was given months of vitamins , shampoos , and medications! I’m surprised I was able to sneak them in my luggage as a carry on into the US. Although they found and made me throw away two cans of shampoo , but had more hidden. I can’t speak on any other clinic and not bashing now hair time at all , but I can say I am very happy and satisfied with my decision to go to Dr Yaman. I am very excited to see me results! I would definitely look into seeing him vs any other if your deciding to take a trip for a HT. I wasn’t going to post anything but I wanted to help someone as y’all did for me! If it wasn’t for this forum I would have made a poor choice!. If anyone has questions please feel free to message me for real feed back and pictures to back it.
