These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CureMeAbroad platform, including the website at www.curemeabroad.com, its subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Luxora Health Care Experiences Private Limited ("CureMeAbroad", "we", "us", or "our") which is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its HQ in Pune, Maharashtra, India and registered office in 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901 USA.

Accessing or using the Platform confirms that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether they are patients, their representatives, caregivers, website visitors, or hospital/clinic partners.

CureMeAbroad is a discovery and facilitation platform for international medical tourism. CureMeAbroad enables patients to discover, research and compare different verified hospitals, clinics and medical professionals across multiple countries for a variety of treatments.

None of the information presented on this Platform is intended to be medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult with a licensed physician or specialist before making any medical decisions.

Some functionality on the Platform can only be accessed after creating an account. Once you register, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 years of age, or you're accessing the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• All information you enter when you register is accurate, current and complete.
• You have the right to access and use the Platform under the laws of your country of domicile.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and are personally responsible for all activities undertaken in relation to your account.
• You haven't been suspended or deleted from the Platform.

You cannot create more than one account, or transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.

CureMeAbroad is a discovery and facilitation platform, not a medical intermediary or healthcare provider. Our only roles are to:

• Aggregate and present information about medical facilities and medical practitioners.
• Serve as a conduit for introductions between patients and healthcare practitioners.
• Help facilitate communication, logistics and travel arrangements for patients who are traveling for medical treatment.

The hospitals and clinics listed on the Platform provide all actual medical services. Any agreements for treatment, consents, or contracts for medical services are entered into directly between you and the treating facility. CureMeAbroad has no involvement in any of those relationships and bears no liability for them.

The profile of each hospital and doctor listed on the Platform is created from information provided by the hospitals and clinics themselves and/or from public sources. While we take steps to verify the accuracy of this information, we cannot ensure that the information is always current, accurate or complete. Listing of any hospital or doctor on the Platform should not be considered an endorsement.

CureMeAbroad does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or recommendations for medical treatment. All information on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should never be used as a basis for any medical decision-making without the input of a qualified healthcare professional.

When you use the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You will seek the advice of a licensed medical professional before you pursue any form of medical treatment outside of your home country.
• Medical treatment carries risks that can vary depending on the type of treatment you undergo, your condition, and the qualifications of the treating physician.
• CureMeAbroad is not liable for any clinical outcome, complications, or adverse events resulting from the medical treatment you receive at a facility listed on the Platform.

All content, including descriptions of procedures, price estimates, rankings of hospitals, accreditation details, profiles of doctors, and travel guides for destinations, is provided on the Platform for informational purposes only.

• Prices quoted on the Platform are approximate and can change based on your individual medical condition, the tests and examinations you require, and the current prices of the hospitals listed.
• Hospitals list their own accreditation status and certification status. We verify this status to the extent possible at the time of listing.
• Reviews and testimonials from patients are subjective and reflect only their individual experience. They do not indicate that the same results are guaranteed.
• There may be errors or inaccuracies in Platform content due to typing, or other factors. CureMeAbroad disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct, update, or remove any content on the Platform without prior notification.

The Platform contains AI powered tools, including virtual assistants, designed to assist users navigating their medical tourism journey. When you use the tools, you acknowledge that:

• The responses provided by the AI tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
• The AI tools may generate incomplete or inaccurate information, and should never be used as a substitute for professional advice.
• CureMeAbroad is not responsible for any decisions made based on the content generated by AI tools.
• Conversations with AI tools may be recorded and reviewed for quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

When you use the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send false, misleading, or fictitious information; or misrepresent yourself or your medical history.
• Try to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, or networks.

When you submit content to the Platform — including reviews, testimonials, photos, medical documentation, or messages — you certify that:

• You are the owner of the submitted content, or you have sufficient rights to submit the content.
• The submitted content is accurate and not misleading.
• The submitted content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Submission of the content grants CureMeAbroad a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, modify and display the submitted content for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Platform.

CureMeAbroad reserves the right to delete any user submitted content that breaches the Terms or applicable law.

All of the content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, software, and the overall design and layout — are the property of Luxora Health Care Experiences Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The CureMeAbroad name, logo and associated trade-marks are registered trade-marks owned by Luxora Health Care Experiences Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

CureMeAbroad gathers, processes and stores your personal information — including health information — in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

CureMeAbroad complies with applicable data protection legislation, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), GDPR (for EU/UK users), HIPAA (where applicable for US users), and the Australian Privacy Act (for Australian users).

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE. CUREMEABROAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will run continuously and without errors.
• The Platform will be virus free or free of harmful elements.
• The information contained on the Platform is up-to-date, accurate or complete at all times.
• Any hospital, clinic, or doctor listed on the Platform will meet your individual medical needs.

CureMeAbroad may amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any material amendments are communicated through a new version being posted to the platform as well as when necessary via email. Where an amendment is made to the terms and conditions and you continue to utilise the platform, this will be construed as your consent to those amended terms and conditions.
