Saw 4 Surgeons Before Deciding on Dr Mustoe

I saw 4 surgeons before selecting Dr. Mustoe for my short scar, lower face lift. I liked that he doesn't do a chin incision and doesn't use drainage. His before and afters showed a good range of work on younger people like myself. He was very knowledgeable about other things you hear from plastic surgeons like refraining from cannabis or that you must do hyperbaric oxygen or how long to be off GLP -1. Incredibly Natural Looking Results

I can't recommend Dr. Mustoe enough. I was so worried that I might end up with an obvious, cookie-cutter nose job, but what he gave me is so natural looking. My recovery has also progressed much more quickly than I thought it would — no doubt due to his surgical technique. I truly could not be more pleased with the results.

With evidence of implant rupture there will be small amounts of silicone oil that have been absorbed I to the capsule. Unkess the capsule is removed there is a high chance of capsular co tracker. Although the surgery is more involved a capsulectomy at the time of surgery will on average give a better long term outcome.

Generally, with any descent of the breast, a lift is usually required to truly correct that—even if implants are added for fullness. I completely understand your concern about scarring. When a lift is necessary, it does involve scars, but with optimal attention to incision closure, they heal as hairline scars that become barely visible over time as they fade. The trade-off is in a more youthful shape and better overall balance.
