Based in Istanbul, Turkey, Dr Mert Sızmaz is a qualified Plastic Reconstructive and aesthetic Surgeon and has also been granted an international Fellowship from the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS).
