For many years, I suffered from breathing problems due to a deviated septum. In recent years, I couldn't sleep without applying Chinese oil. Every morning I woke up tired, feeling as if I hadn't slept at all or had only gone to bed an hour or two earlier. For years, I avoided surgery due to fear of nasal packing and other reasons.
