Anchor611: I'm not so sure that intra-abdominal adhesions after multiple cesarean sections correlates with capsular contracture after breast augmentation. It's best to see a surgeon with vast experience in breast augmentation and also in breast revision surgery, and ask what their capsular contracture rate requiring surgical correction is.

I agree that the position of your nipples is too high for your breasts, and you should discuss this with your surgeon. Changing implant size and shape should help, but you may also need to have correction of the pocket, due to implant bottoming out.
