Beautiful Results!!

Dr. Weinfeld did my rhinoplasty which is something I've always wanted. It's honestly more perfect than I could have imagined. He made sure that we were on the same page and I understood the process. I'm still early in healing and I expect it to get even better as swelling goes down. I wish I had done this years ago but I'm glad I waited till I found such a talented surgeon

Pleased As Punch - Septoplasty & Chin Lipo

I had septoplasty and chin lipo. I'm so happy with the results. Nose looks amazing (and I can breath out of my right nostril again) and my face looks so much thinner. Two weeks out from surgery and already seeing big improvements. While I was getting my lymphatic massage to reduce swelling, the massage therapist (ex plastics nurse) told me Dr Weinfeld and one other surgeon are the only two surgeons in Austin she'd trust with her face. I certainly agree. Pleased as punch.

Grateful and Happy! I Look So Much Better!

Thank you to Dr. Weinfeld. He took 20 years off my face. I don't have that turkey neck anymore. Everybody at work has been telling me that I look very young. They asked me if I went to California, Mexico, or Colombia. I told them everything is done here in Austin with Dr. Weinfeld.

Amazing Doctor - Amazing Experience!

Dr. Weinfeld is an incredible plastic surgeon with a lot of experience, and he has the best bedside manner of any surgeon I've ever met. He spent so much time making sure he understood my concerns and validated me without making me feel self conscious at all. If you decide to remove your implants, risk of infection will be lower than if you kept them. Risks of going flat could include increased risk of seroma (fluid collection) due to having a large open space that was once occupied with an implant. I only recommend you go flat if you are certain of your decision. Otherwise, if you were to later change your mind, starting over with reconstruction later may present further challenges. Based on your age, implants may have to be replaced at some point in your life. That being said, there is no set timeframe when this should occur. They could last 10 years, or 30 years. If you note changes to your implants such as firmness, new pain, change in shape, etc you would want to tell your plastic surgeon so they can evaluate for potential rupture. If you have a rupture, it is recommended to have those implants removed and replaced. Otherwise, there is no need to have them replaced just based on implant age.
