On November 28, 1998, Avcilar Hospital was founded. On August 3, 1999, it received its Private Hospital Activity Permit Certificate and began providing medical care in Avcilar, Istanbul. Avcilar Hospital continued to operate within the parameters of its mission and vision, and developed its capacity by adding new specialties and device technologies in order to expand its services in the domestic and international market. The hospital initially served with 15 physicians in 8 branches over a 6500 m2 area, with a capacity of 116 beds.
