Established in 1962 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the National Cancer Center Japan is the country’s preeminent institution for cancer care, research, prevention, and education. The NCC leads national initiatives in cancer treatment, hosts the Japan Cancer Registry, and advances clinical/translational research, cancer genomics, and innovative therapies.
