Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay






The U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay is the only American military hospital located outside U.S. sovereign territory. It provides comprehensive primary, emergency, surgical, and specialty medical care to active-duty personnel, civilian employees, contractors, and families stationed at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. As a Role 2+ trauma-capable facility, the hospital can manage emergency resuscitation, surgery, post-op recovery, intensive care, and short-term hospitalization, supporting the unique needs of a forward-deployed military base. It has received multiple national-level recognitions for patient safety, lab quality, and surgical standards.
