International Patient Service

At Gangnam Severance Fertility Clinic, we know that traveling abroad can be a stressful experience. To make your stay as easy as possible, we have established an international patient department to take care of you before, during and after your visit. We will assist you in coordinating your trip, booking appointments, arranging accommodations, translating documents and communicating directly with your doctor. If needed, we will even help coordinate transportation to/from the airport. Throughout this process, we strive to keep you informed about what you should expect at each step along the way.

Patient Experience

When you come to see us, you will work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of board-certified physicians and registered nurses who specialize in fertility care. Before developing a customized treatment plan based on your specific medical condition(s), we will conduct a complete examination to determine the nature of your fertility challenges. At our fertility clinic, we believe in maintaining open lines of communication with all of our patients, especially those whose fertility challenges may be more complicated than others. Because of our ability to leverage the combined resources of the entire hospital system (i.e., endocrinology/urolgy/genetic departments), we are uniquely qualified to treat even the most difficult-to-manage fertility cases.
