This patient has an existing round-house bridge on the top which had several problems structurally, functionally and aesthetically. Utilizing our in-house periodontist, patient was able to have all of her upper teeth extracted, implanted, and restored without having to refer out to another facility. The result is a beautiful implant supported denture that is structurally sound, functionally able, and aesthetically gorgeous!

The process of a dental implant replacement involves healing periods. Four months after the extraction and bone grafting is placed, the dental implant can be placed. After another 4 months of healing time, the results are worth the wait. Patient went with upper and lower restorations in order to control symmetry and shade match. The doctor was able to restore functionality, and feeding two birds with one seed by restoring aesthetics as well.
