I saw this lovely patient this week, 2 years after her complex tertiary revision rhinoplasty (surgery after 2 previous failed rhinoplasties somewhere else). It was a complex case in which all the normal nasal structures were essentially cut or removed. I used rib cartilage to make extended spreader grafts, a septal extension graft, alar replacement grafts and a tip graft. I was able to significantly lengthen her nose and un-pinch her tip; giving her a more natural appearance. She last picture shows the before, the projected result prior to surgery (using imaging software) and the actual result. She was so thrilled with her surgery she refers many friends and family to the practice. I am honored she chose me as her surgeon and I am happy I was able to help her after living so many years with a nose she hated.

I saw this lovely patient this week, 2 years after her complex tertiary revision rhinoplasty (surgery after 2 previous failed rhinoplasties somewhere else). It was a complex case in which all the normal nasal structures were essentially cut or removed. I used rib cartilage to make extended spreader grafts, a septal extension graft, alar replacement grafts and a tip graft. I was able to significantly lengthen her nose and un-pinch her tip; giving her a more natural appearance. She last picture shows the before, the projected result prior to surgery (using imaging software) and the actual result. She was so thrilled with her surgery she refers many friends and family to the practice.
