Mr Stephen Blair is a Consultant Varicose Vein Surgeon with over 35 years of experience in pioneering innovative techniques for treating varicose veins and their complications. He also has an extensive portfolio of over 60 publications and presentations on the subject. In 1988, Mr Blair introduced the groundbreaking 4-layer bandage, a revolutionary treatment for venous ulcers that remains the gold standard over 30 years later.
