Dr. Saifa M. Latheef

Dr. Saifa M Latheef is an Assistant Professor/Consultant in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine and has worked in some of the best hospitals and medical colleges in India. Dr. Latheef is actively involved in clinical and academic Emergency Medicine and serves as a teaching faculty for National Medical Commission MBBS & MD programs. She completed her MBBS from Govt Medical College, Trivandrum, Kerala in 2012. Dr. Latheef pursued DNB Emergency Medicine from Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences, Trivandrum, under the National Board of Examinations, from 2014 to 2017. She holds MRCEM (The Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK) and FACEE (Fellowship of Academic College of Emergency Medicine) from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Saifa M Latheef is also an MNAMS (Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences) and has completed a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases. Her specializations and treatments revolve around medical emergencies with a focus on resuscitation, emergency ultrasound, cardiovascular emergencies, toxicology, disaster medicine, surgical emergencies, trauma, pediatric and neonatal emergencies, gynecological emergencies, and critical care.
