Dr. Pranati Sharma

Dr. Pranati Sharma is a pioneering woman neurosurgeon in India, leading advancements in Neurological and Spine surgery with a holistic approach. She is well-versed in the latest neurosurgical techniques and has a track record of managing breakthrough cases with exceptional outcomes. Her training includes mentorship at internationally renowned Neurosciences centers, such as Mie University, Japan, where she specialized in Neuro-oncology and Neuro-vascular surgery and received a Clinical Fellowship. Prior to joining Amrita Hospitals, Faridabad, Dr. Sharma served as faculty at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh, and Max Superspeciality Hospitals, Delhi. Dr. Sharma achieved a significant milestone as the first and only female Neurosurgeon from India to be honored with the prestigious Fellowship of American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. She is an enthusiastic researcher with numerous publications in both National and International Journals and Textbooks. Dr. Sharma also contributes as a Reviewer for various International Peer-Reviewed Journals and is actively involved in mentoring young neurosurgeons globally. She excels as a medical illustrator and has contributed illustrations to esteemed textbooks, including Oxford University Press, covering multiple surgical specialties.
