Dr. Ashwini Chopra

Dr Ashwani Chopra is an eminent Gastroenterologist in Delhi with over 40 years of experience. He completed his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College in 1974 and post-graduation from LNJP and GB Pant Hospitals, New Delhi in 1978. He went to the United Kingdom for further specialization and worked as a Registrar in Chase Farm Hospital and the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital. In 1980, he was admitted to the Royal College of Physicians and obtained his MRCP degree. After coming back to India, he worked as a Lecturer at GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi for a short while. In 1984, he started his private practice and laid the stone for Aashlok Hospital which was the first modern multidisciplinary hospital in New Delhi. Dr. Chopra is a member of various gastroenterology societies in India and Abroad. He is also a visiting consultant to all major hospitals in Delhi as well as the Honorary Consultant to Cromwell and Hammersmith Hospital in the United Kingdom. With a working knowledge of Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, Dr. Chopra is also a Reiki Master and Pranic Healer.
