Dr. Ahmed Almaazmi

Dr. Ahmed AlMaazmi, MB BCh BAO, FAAP, is a Consultant Neonatologist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi. With 9 years of experience, Dr. AlMaazmi completed his Neonatal-Perinatal medicine fellowship training at Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Prior to moving to Texas, he completed his Pediatrics residency program at the Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB BCh BAO) degree from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland.Dr. AlMaazmi’s interest centers on neonatal cardiac physiology and the transitional period of the fetus to the neonate.
