35-44 year old woman treated with Thigh Lift

This is a 41 year old female patient who was unhappy with the shape of their thighs. They maintained a healthy diet and exercised regularly, however, the patient still felt very self conscious about their thighs appearance. Due to the patients age and skin elasticity, they had excess skin and fat of the inner thigh from the groin to the knee. So, the patient underwent a bilateral vertical medial thigh reduction with thigh liposuction. The procedure was performed under general anesthesia with a board-certified anesthesiologist. The bilateral vertical medial thigh reduction took approximately 4 hours to complete. The inner thigh incision extended from the groin to the inner knee. These pictures were taken 8 months after their surgery. The patient wore their garments and used silicone scar creams.
